The Happy Adventure Inn hosts the acclaimed Chucky’s Seafood and Wildgame Restaurant, featuring locally sourced products and traditional Newfoundland dishes. Overlooking the Happy Adventure harbour, Chucky’s offers guests the opportunity to taste some of the Atlantic ocean’s finest offerings while observing the very harbour from which their seafood was brought to shore. Chucky’s Seafood and Wildgame Restaurant is the predecessor to Chucky’s Fish and Ships, formally located in downtown St. John’s, and it still serves the same fish and chip recipe that Chucky made famous. While the specials menu changes frequently, Chucky’s regularly offers Newfoundland Snow Crab, Moose burgers and steaks, and of course fresh cod-fish among many other options from both land and sea. Chucky’s also offers Quidi Vidi draft beer, fine wine by glass and bottle, and a fully stocked bar including many local spirits. 

Chucky’s capacity is limited, and as a favorite among both locals and visitors reservations are highly recommended as much in advance as possible.
