Rental Facility Rates

Meetings:

$150 for half day (morning or afternoon)
$250 evenings 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm
$300 for full day until 5:00pm
Flip charts, white boards, markers available upon request
TV/DVD
Other equipment available upon request

Wedding Rental / Fees:

Wedding ceremony:     +$1000 min
Wedding supper (private):     +$1000 rental fee plus all rooms and meals
Wedding rehearsal, showers:     +$1000 rental fee plus $75 per hour
Photography Services Available
Photos in main area and garden   150/hr, minimum $300
Wine menu upon request

Catering:

Our chef can provide appetizers for your event.
We have a wonderful selection of trays and hot hors d’oevres for you to choose from.
Catering can also be provided by one of our catering companies.
Outside catering may be done wherever, must fully approve the caterer.

Credits and deposits:

For weddings we require a 50% non-refundable deposit on rental facilities, remaining balance due immediately following event.
This policy varies for business and social events. Call for details.

Cancellations:

At least 14 days in advance. If notice is not given 14 days before, the client is responsible for the full amount of the rental price.
– HST is not included in prices

Supplements:

Please note that customers are not allowed to supply their own beverages for events.

Conditions for Bookings

Space will be held on a definite basis upon receipt of the required deposit.
The deposit is 50% of the rental rate and is non-refundable.
We require at least 14 days notice for cancellation, if notice is not given prior; the client is responsible for full amount of the rental price.
A 50% deposit is also required on all food orders, this deposit is refundable if cancellation is received 14 days prior.
Prices are current and subject to change on bookings beyond six months.
All prices, unless otherwise indicated, are subject to 15% harmonized sales tax and 15% service gratuity.
The client holding the event will be held liable for the cost of required repairs to the property resulting from damages incurred as a result of an event.
